Root to Rise - Arm Balance Immersion

This is an immersion class where we have multiple stops to explore various arm balances. You'll go through a flow with drills, and learn techniques to get into poses like Crow, Flying Pigeon and also Grasshopper. There will be an option to focus on the foundation work, or an attempt to lift off. More importantly, you'll build confidence and strength along the way.

Class Level: Multilevel

Bend Don't Break - Backbend Immersion

This is an immersion class where we have multiple stops to explore backbends for all levels. We'll take a look at common difficulties on top of a flowy sequence with drills. You'll be given progressive options, and learn how to use props to safely enter and exit poses like King Pigeon and King Cobra.
