Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where do I check my package balance?
    Log In to access your account Click ‘My Memberships’ on the left-hand side and you’ll see your package details under ‘Active Subscriptions’. E.g. ‘2/4 events used in this renewal’ means that 2 classes have been utilized out of the 4-class package that you’ve bought. Please note that this will only be visible once the first class takes place. Scroll down to ‘Full Membership History’ and you’ll see the expiry date of your package.
  • I’ve bought a drop-in before, does this automatically register an account for me?
    Yes! Just Log In , use the same email address that you’ve used when purchasing your drop in and click on ‘Forgot your password?’ You’ll receive instructions via e-mail from there on.
  • Where do I see my upcoming classes?
    Log In to your account. You’ll see your booked classes under ‘Upcoming Events’
  • Can I carry forward my unused class credits?
    In-studio class packages expire according to the validity stated. Do keep track of your package balance and expiry date. Effective 11 March 2024, there will be an option to rollover unused class credits to any new in-studio package (excluding drop-in) that is purchased upon expiry. These credits will be valid during the same period of the new package. An option to extend the validity of unused credit for a maximum of 1 month is also available at RM50. Please e-mail for any rollover or extension requests. Virtual class packages are on an auto-renewal basis where unused class credits are automatically rolled over to the following month as long as the package hasn’t expired.
  • How do I book a class?
    You can browse through our Class Schedule and click ‘Book’. Online classes will be marked as ‘Livestream’ on the schedule while in-studio classes will be marked with the location, e.g. ‘Hideout @ Hartamas’.
  • What payment options are available?
    We only accept payments online through credit card at the moment. Please DM us on Instagram at @yoga.hideout if you face any issues.
  • Does the package start upon purchase?
    Our packages start upon the first class booked so you can always purchase a package first and book later.
  • How does the waitlist work?
    You’ll need to key in your credit card details when signing up for a waitlist class. Don’t worry, your card will not be charged until you secure a slot. The cut-off time is 12 hours before the class starts, i.e. if a spot opens up before that, you’ll be automatically enrolled and your card will be charged. If you’re no longer able to make it for class, do remove yourself from the waitlist so that your card doesn’t get charged when a spot opens up.
  • Why are there so few slots on Classpass?
    We're operating at a really small scale so only some of the classes have limited spots on Classpass. Every drop-in or package purchased truly helps us to keep what we do sustainable.
  • How do I cancel a class?
    If you’re unable to make it for a class that you’ve booked for, please Log In to cancel within your account on the website. You’ll see your booked classes under ‘Upcoming Events’. Click on the 3 dots beside it and select ‘Cancel Yourself’. Our cancellation timeframe closes 12 hours prior to class start time.
  • What's your class cancellation policy like?
    For cancellations more than 12 hours prior to class start time, your class credit will automatically be refunded to your account upon cancellation. No-shows and any cancellations less than 12 hours prior to class start time will result in the class credit being forfeited. Nevertheless, we do understand that things do happen out of our control. Do reach out to us on Facebook Messenger or Instagram DM whenever such situations arise.
  • How do I cancel my virtual class package / video library subscription so that it doesn’t renew?
    Log In to access your account Click ‘My Memberships’ on the left-hand side. You’ll see your package details under ‘Active Subscriptions’. Click on ‘Cancel Auto-Renewal’. Please note that carried forward credits can only be used up till the expiry date.
  • ​Where are your in-studio classes?
    We currently run our classes at 2 locations, Damansara Heights and Hartamas. For more details please visit Contact Us.
  • ​What do we need to bring when joining a class?
    Please bring along your yoga mat (or you can also rent a mat from the studio at RM5). We have yoga blocks prepared at the studio. Yoga strap / towel may come in handy too.
  • I'm running late for a class, would I still be allowed into the class?
    We start our classes on time as we believe in respecting everyone's time. However, we also understand how things can get in the way unexpectedly sometimes. If you're 5-10 minutes late, please enter the class quietly, get yourself settled down and approach the first few poses that you get into gently.
